i've been using 50mg IM (in my glutes) on heavy workout days, like leg days. I'm currently on 600mg test e EW and 25mg of DBOL ED (for the first 4 weeks). some people are saying that it's good to inject TNE symmetrically, so if you put it in your delts hit both delts to get an even pump. i have not experienced any sort of unevenness in my pumps by only pinning in one glute. For preworkout purposes, i try to pin 50mg of TNE 1 hour before lifting. The good genuine stuff has a very unique smell and you can taste it on your breath about 2-5 minutes after pinning. shorty's TNE is fire.
