Bro I got that shit when I was barely 18, it started on my left foot, I remember taking a shower and notice a tiny little red dot, I thought it was just a mosquito bite and didn’t think nothing of it, then the next day I saw a couple more and then more and more, it was going up my leg above my knee already, could even walk so my dad took me to the hospital and there it was damm shingles, it hurts like shit, I got prescribed valtrex and took care of it right away.

Hope you recover well bro.. i just recovered from this shit myself bro only 39 wtf but worst 3 wks of my life so much nerve pain no sleep ct scans as felt like organ failure turned out to be shingles once rash started. I got lucky as my rash was very little compared to others and only got it lower back and thigh/glute so cant be seen at all but tbh its healed fast with very minimal scars got lucky.
Been 3 wks and im back to myself hitting gym again and back to work/life.
Use chamomile lotion it worked perfect for me.
It’s strange that it’s almost always in that spot.

That's nasty I had it the exact same as you, could not touch clothes off it.
Only relief I got was from lidocaine gel Doctor prescribed in syringes. Pain killers done nothing.
I was off my feet for a month and still drained for another two months after.

Worse than you can imagine... each red spot is 50-300 blisters,,,, I change tops 5x daily plus... each full of skin. Even my wife feels bad,,, from every night yo maybe. all I can say for certain... if you are the 1 in 3 get the doc fast

There 'is' a vaccine for over 50's (wife said they only give to over 70;s but you do what you gotta do). I never had a clue. Seems most people make out better but at least one member responded about it to his face and eyes... some get it in their mouth, one in three. I BELIEVE i am tough as the next, but this is humblimg

It's clockwork - 10 days from last blister,,,, problem... self defeating. I told my wife two weeks ago and put in a specialist consult..the agreed and sent me scri[pts... then picking them up.... told me, back ordered until mid june.....honestly, I was so in pain, I just curled up and cried. Wife did an online consult.... saved me, I was going to jump off a bridge.... paramedic called, told me which parmacy, what time available and made substitions) reasons we love our wives

Absolutely has me back into recovery to make amends to all the people I knew and was horrible to. Turns out, I only ever knew two people.... but.... after 50, 1 in 3 gets it... so I'm out there. My pics are about as bad as you can get (chest) but some get it on face, in the eyes, and in the mouth,,,, I cant understand how one can live with in the mouth..... this feels like fire when the sheets come down upon you? How do you live if you have to swallow? I just thing I was shallow on this and I am guessing others are too. One gets this if they had chicken pox.....no other way

Yep Father in law got shingles immediately following vaccination, healthy 50 yr old man.
