+ 15 Shape from the last preparation for competition

ad

Hello, I would like to share with you my shape from the last competition. In preparation I was taking small doses of testosterone, trenbolone and methyl-drostanolone.

It's been 3 years since the last pct and I have a question for you. I'd like to do another cycle, but I don't know if it's appropriate since I don't have racing ambitions anymore, but I want to look great. Do you think it's appropriate or not?

My weight on the stage was 77 kg. After the competition, my priorities changed. I currently workout only recreationally as a hobby.

I really miss it. I would like to get back in shape, exercise to the max, watch my diet and have a goal. Maybe even try some competition. I'd like to get back in shape, but do you think it's a good idea?

Thank you for your answers

Looking great bud!

From my side, I might tell that running cycles without any hard racing ambitions is totally ok, a lot of people do it without any need in competitions, just for themselves and more of self confidence. And of course, I think that everybody here would agree, that a bit of Tren, will always make you more ambitious for training and gets that competitiveness inside you to awake again ;)

I personally have a lot of friends that run so called mini-cycles, without any ambitions for competitions, but just for themselves, because they feel better and more motivated at the gym, they are getting much better results, as well in life, but, this may vary from person to person.

I think its very important to do what makes you feel happy in life. Honestly, if you feel just as happy and content training naturally as you do when you are running steroids - then train naturally and I really mean that. If however when you train you feel negged out because the results you are getting don't make you feel as happy anymore then run some gear. Unfortunately as is often the case with anything in life, once you have experienced the better version of yourself which is normally more muscle and better performance in the gym its often hard to go back to the time before you experienced steroids, kind of like the forbidden fruit if you will. I don't think we can really answer this question, you have to for yourself buddy.

It looks amazing, brother!

Racing ambition will come whenever you set a personal goal; for example, if you decide that you want to compete in 12 weeks, your body will follow what your mind is set to. You don't need to use steroids to find that killer instinct. Just set your mind to be better than you were the day before.

If you're looking to get back in shape and pursue your BodyBuilding goals, there are alternative approaches that can help you achieve your desired results while focusing on your health and safety

Natural Training: You can achieve significant improvements in your physique through natural training methods. This involves consistent and targeted workout routines, a balanced diet, proper hydration, and adequate sleep.

Healthy Diet: A well-balanced and nutritious diet is crucial for achieving your fitness goals. Focus on whole foods, lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats to support your workouts and recovery.

Consult Professionals: Consider working with a personal trainer, nutritionist, or coach who can provide guidance tailored to your goals. They can help you develop a structured plan that aligns with your fitness objectives.

Realistic Goals: Set realistic and sustainable goals that focus on overall health and well-being rather than just aesthetics. This can help you avoid the pressure of quick fixes and potentially harmful substances.

Regular Exercise: Engage in regular exercise that includes a mix of cardiovascular workouts, strength training, and flexibility exercises. This will help you build strength, improve endurance, and maintain a healthy body composition.

Compete for the Right Reasons: If you decide to try competition again, ensure that your motivations are healthy and balanced. Compete for personal growth, challenge, and enjoyment, rather than just for appearance or external validation.

Medical Guidance: Before making any significant changes to your BodyBuilding routine or considering a competition, consult a healthcare professional. They can provide personalized advice based on your medical history and current health status.

Remember that your health and well-being are paramount. Pursuing your BodyBuilding goals in a safe and sustainable manner can lead to long-term success and satisfaction. If you're truly committed to achieving your goals, consider doing so through natural means and with the support of professionals who prioritize your health.

This pretty much sums it up.
You don't need to run steroids to look great or to get into shape for that matter. I actually looked pretty good all natty, just not as big. If you are serious about competing, then yes you will need to run PED's if you want to be competitive, but it will take a toll on your overall health.

If it makes you happy and if you feel like you want to do it, do it. There is not any universal answer to this. Follow your instinct and if you know what you are doing, there is not really much to think about. You go for 100% or 0%, thats what I think is the best.

Looking great brother! Wish you good luck and take care.
