seven months progress

These pictures are seven months apart sorry for the first picture its all I had! In those seven months I cut out drinking pretty much all fast food had the odd cheat day but for the most part diet was really clean eating about 4500-5000 calories a day and around 250-300grams of protien per day did one cycle of test e for 12 weeks have been off for a month and a half have not lost anything still gaining stats are 23 years old (yes I know a little young but I wanted it way to much to wait any longer) I'm about 5'10 let me know what you guys think! Also anyone have any advice on getting my arms to grow wider? Been doing a lot of close grip bp and skull crushers but they just won't get any wider! Thanks for everyones help on this site!

Very nice progress. Im only 4 weeks in on test e on my first cycle and seeing before and after pics really help drive me even more. Gaining 40 lbs is insane dude. I hope to gain 20 and I would be happy. Good luck on building up your arms. Im a freak at 6' 8" tall and I weigh 240 now but my arms are like 7 feet long so I have a lot more work than the average joe. If in a year I can to 275 lbs I would be beyond happy. I will post pics for before, during and after. If Hulk Hogan being the same height as. E can weigh 320 lbs at his max and 280 lbs on average with 24" arms I have hope Smile

Superset bi's and tri's, can do that or back and tri's or chest and bi's. Hammer curls are your best friend and there are a couple different variations of those but you gotta research it or pm me. ez bar curls or barbell curls for weight not reps will help, i agree with pupster that different angles will help, just remember that every persons body is different so what works for us might not work for you, then again what works for us, might work for you even better, you just gotta find out what works for your body best because only you know your limits. Diet looks good and calorie intake seems fine just remember the rules of nutrition are simple yet they are always changing, and a calorie isnt just a calorie for there are different type of them and more importantly than counting your calorie intake you should look at it as what foods do i eat to get bigger or to burn fat. sorry bout the novel nutrition major here!

Thanks! Glad I lurked around this site researching before I did anything otherwise I probably would have done a oral only cycle like a few of my buddies crisis avoid thanks to all the usefull info on eroids!
