Several ladies at my place running this product but not this supplier. They all run 0.50 first week then go up weekly by 0.25 up to 1.25 - 1.50 there’s a couple even running 2.00 . The norm on that schedule seems to be 14-20 lbs in around a month or so
After years of running gear I finally came around to the less is more approach so I advised my wife on the dosages. She’s dropping BF combined with dieting and a solid exercise programme.
The above post should have included she is increasing to .5 on week 5 and week 10 she’ll up it to .75
