Eating and workout on point cant wait to get going on next cycle inabout 10 weeks cheers to summer 2014 :-) haven't used gear from a source from the forum, but notable to post pic w/out filling that field. Waiting on gear still need to get all my ducks in a row b4 I get going again :-).

Will post a before pic taken after my back injury got better I blew up from eating pizza 3 dayz a week. Its my achillies heel stay away from it. Its been a lil over a year since and I'm hopeful for the future.
