So I started in the gym heavy about two months or so now.205 beginning weight. 220 lbs now. I have been fasting in the morning then hitting the gym first thing. As you can tell I sweat alot. I don't compete or anything and don't plan too. I don't eat like shit but don't diet heavy either. I'm just doing what makes me happy.

How? I wouldn't mind it. I eat alot now I don't want to get fat either though around the midsection it's hard to get it down now.
You'd be much better off taking advice from someone like Dominick than myself mate, someone who trains for size and muscle mass, in regards cycles, diet and training.
Dominick77The key is eating OFTEN. Solid meals every 2-3 hours. Thats how you get huge without adding another tire in the midsection. It becomes a chore at times, you literally have to FORCE yourself to eat. How bad do you want it?
Right. Not really any need to stuff yourself everytime unless you are going on a 6 month binge trying to gain 50 lbs

This is true. I do love to eat. I definitely eat about 4 meals with stuff in between now.
Took me til this last summer to truly understand that (you are what you eat)...Chocolate Milk being the worst for instant midline obesity. Rice, fish or chicken, and some veggies everyday, all day, oatmeal with a fruit or carb shake in the early am or after workout, for 8 weeks does a miracle. Not very balanced but Holy Moly Rock and Roll it works
