I can say having too low of test can cause cardiovascular issues long term along with severe lack of energy and depression. Stack that up and now you get increased bf due to lack of metabolism. There are lots of studies that show the addition of trt has an immediate ability to correct a lot of the issues that would cause one to end up in the er.
