Well i uploaded my back shot only yesterday because i didnt think i had any of me from the front from before this cycle.but i found this front shot...its the only shirtless one i have of me.its not your typical body shot but it will satisfy the intention here.my goal this cycle is to up my traps and puff out my chest more.this is me all natural as i have been for over four years now. please critique! And im sorry the front shot kinda sucks but again its all i had.

Try hitting your rear delts first when you train shoulders. That way, you are fresh and have the most amount of energy to use bringing them up to par.
looks like you have slightly rolled shoulder its from bad posture i have it to from hunching over all the time so i hit my rear delts hard to try and even it out and it seems to be working you can check my pic
