self shot 4 weeks in with test-e

ad

this is what i currently look like at 43. i just started working out in the last 2 weeks because of summer school session and work although my work is manual labor. i am looking for help on a diet and exercise regimen. i am eating throughout the day every 2-3 hours but not with any particular setup diet. i also mix up my exercises but usually i do a good full-body workout every other day. since i have been on this test my endurance is awesome. i have to force myself to stop working out because i know i have to work. i sourced my stuff through a family member, way overpriced but it was available until i find another good source.

what are your stats and goals?

my stats are 43yo 150lbs and my bf i calculated online and cam out to bout 22%. I am just 2 weeks into working out every other day with a full body workout. I am working on eating right being as i need to cut some bf. Since i have been on the test-e i have great recovery and awesome endurance. i did not source from anywhere on here but it seems to be the real thing. i am almost out of the bottle i bought and am considering sources to continue for about a 12 week cycle. My goals would be to cut bf and add some lean mass all over especially shoulders and chest as you can see.

read this and dont forget that I have no idea what it feels like to be 43! ha

try doing cardio in the morning before you eat. Youll burn fat, and those lean gains will show.

full body workouts i would not recommend. crush your muscles like a bodybuilder!

good mass gaining workouts i find are one to two muscle groups per day. You are going to have to really work on your chest and shoulders so train those bad boys like crazy.

try this program:

it worked for me.

You might want to ask someone clsoer to your age about supps and diet. no offense, im just half your age!
