Agreed 100% I’ve been lifting since I was 14 and didn’t start using gear until I was almost in my 30’s.. now I hear kids in the gym who are talking about what they’re taking with their friends.. and they barely have facial hair yet. It’s some world we live in now. They start the gear first without having a clue about anything
