Don't know what you mean by fake.. but I just took a screenshot and didn't realize I had that thing on the bottom.. should probably delete the pic though. Since my face is in a few..But they're definitely all me, if that's what you mean..You can see the same tattoo on my arm in all the pics

Crop your screenshot, hit edit and add new pic. Then delete the other with the gallery. Should be good to go.
