Thanks man I appreciate that. And yeah it was pretty nasty for a while until it healed. I actually didn't think it was ever gonna heal. The human body is amazing

Yeah around that. Up and down. I'd weigh more but I need back surgery so my legs are shit right now from not being able to squat. Which sucks because when I was able to squat, my legs were my best attribute. I've been putting off the surgery for a long time because I hate going under the knife. If you saw a pic of my shoulder after a car flipped over on it, you'd know why. Looks like a shark attack. Took months to heal

Ah man what you do to the back? I’ve always been told do PT and anything totally possible to avoid surgery. You hit legs hard on other movements besides squats and still lost mass and all? I have bad knees and every time I try getting a equating routine I can’t, my legs are my weakest body part and even with hitting everything hard they don’t come up much

I was in a car that flipped over three times at over 130 mph. I'll see if I can load a pic of what my shoulder looked like. Hopefully no one has a weak stomach. But I also have had back problems prior to the accident. So that just made it worse. I do leg extensions and curls. But they don't seem to add much mass. I don't like to go heavy on the extensions either because I feel like they shave my knee caps off when I do that
