+ 2 Sealed sterile vials questions

Bought some sealed sterile vials to transfer some gear into and the site described them as this:
100ml depyrogenated and sterile vials. These sterile vials are Type 1 borosilicate assembled with butyl stoppers and colored aluminum seals, with flip top. Neck size is 20mm. Assembled units are sterile and free of all endotoxins. Ideal for analytical laboratories, compounding pharmacies, veterinarians, home use etc.
As you can see on the photos of the 3 vials there is some kind of residue inside like dusty water has been left to dry in there? Is this normal? Any explanation for this? Iemailed the vendor (now under bac-water.com) earlier today but not had a reply yet?

So what's everyones thoughts to this reply ive just had back?

Email them back and ask them what does sterile mean.
What if a surgeon used water stained but clean equipment to operate on someone.

Question! Let's say you finish a vial of test e 250. Then you want to fill that same vial with more test e 250. If the vial is still sealed with a stopper can you refill that vial?
No I wouldn't do that and why would you want to anyway when you have good sources that you can get supplies from.
Need make sure you have all your ducks in a row ahead of time....

Why would you chance it. This guy got some shit ass non sterile vials but there are good sources that carry actual sterile vials and pins. Pm me if you need to know where to look

I had some stealth come in and I have a couple of vials that i just finished using, I can just obv wipe it down the top with alcohol and refill it right? No problems? The seal and stoppers have never been removed
Not recommending it, but I've done it a few times with no problem. I ended up getting a lot of sachets and hated losing oil when I would poke through the sachet on both sides lol. Then I started doing as you have suggested. Like I said not condoning it, but I've done it probably 3-4 times that I remember. Good luck bro

Too hard to sterilize bud. It's probably just dried steam or water from a sterilizing machine? Maybe not. Who knows. Infections suck. Serenity and peace of mind is priority
