+ 8 Screenshots of most recent medical records

ad

Pics- relevant medical history, and Testosterone blood tests before I went back on TRT and another after I was back on TRT. I takey Test C&P for TRT.

There has been some speculation that I’m not being honest about my situation so I want to post everything I can to show that I’m not hiding anything and I’m here to learn and help if I can. I’m a grown as man, an army veteran with a full time job and a family. I don’t have time to create a fake persona. I’m a laid back guy but it pisses me off that I have to defend myself this way.

Most of you that I chat with know that I’m a TRT patient. I was for several years and then stopped due to a bad reaction. I recently started again this year after being tired of feeling like shit and now knowing why I had the original reaction that put me in the hospital several years ago before my son was born.

Anyways, I am a TRT patient and I’m posting screenshots of my most recent test that showed it was low, as I knew it would be, and another follow up test showing good numbers after I was back on the TRT. I didn’t start TRT again right after the first test, I waited a while, discussed with my wife, and thought about it after the scare I got when a nurse apparently injected into a vein and didn’t aspirate. That shit was scary.

I’ve discussed what I’m taking on top of my TRT, which isn’t much. Also, I’ve mentioned several times about my elbow surgery for Ulnar Neuropathy which I had an Ulnar Decompression followed by an Ulnar Transposition a year later. I also had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand in the early 2000’a in my early 20’s.

I blacked out some of my medical history because that shit is private but you can see the Hypogonadism or Testicle Disfunction as I’ve seen it described as well as the Ulnar Neuropathy I’ve dealt with for years and still mildly deal with.

If anyone feels it necessary I can upload my discharge papers from my elbow surgeries, try and dig up my original TRT tests from when I was first started TRT in my late 20’s.

I’m a real person, I’m interested in bettering myself and building my body to help keep strong as I grow older. I’m creeping up on 40 and I’m not getting younger. I’m here for brothership as well, not to play games or troll people. I like to shoot the shit with you guys and am interested in what your all doing as well. I’m here to help in any way I can.

I posted up my diet as suggested for critique, linked below Thanks for all the advise, it sure helps to have knowledgeable folks who are willing to help so much.

It was suggested to post up my diet and you guys could give me feedback on it, if that’s possible would I post it here or start a new post in a sub-forum? Thank you, I know we’re all busy but I’d like feedback so I can get the best out of my training.

Have a great day guys, you too Goose.

Thank you IrishMack, I appreciate the heads up, I just cropped out the areas where the name was. Thank you sir. Apparently IPhone markup doesn’t do a great job, I went over in black and red on each line. Just easier to crop out the name areas. Thanks again, have a great day.

IrishMack's picture

Even though you are a legitimate trt patient at least from your picture, you are terrible at blocking out personal info. I can see your name under the red, remove the pictures ASAP and block it out in black not red..

Thabks guys and sorry for getting so fired up. It wasn’t about the advise but more about the guy trying to prove all my posts were lies. I have my diet on point, the wife is actually getting tired of all the weighing and counting of food and such. I’ve won’t this before but it’s been many years. Trust me I’m going to finish this cut and work from there. As mentioned previously I’m not trying to get big and due to surgeries on my arm I can’t work my arms and chest like most guys, once a week a few sets, and I know that’s what everyone likes to see.

I’m woeking around my injuries, hitting legs, back, shoulders, abs, etc really hard lifting slow and focused. Arms and chest I’m lifting lighter. Doing cardio at least 5 times a week sometimes 4 or 6 depending on the family. As for Peptides, the only one I take is BPC 157 I believe it’s called without looking for the elbow. Anyways, I’d like to post my progress pics as I finish my cut and I have a ways to go but shit I’m afraid to post the next update. Thanks again for the advise, I appreciate it and thanks to practically everyone including Sam for being nice and giving constructive feedback.

Dacky, with your TRT are you on just Cyp or Cyp and Prop? I’ve been on some TRT forums and I’ve only found a few guys who are taking a mix of both like myself. Seems most guys are prescribed only Cyp.

Also Dacky, about sleep apnea, I have a CPAP for that so I’m taking care of it most nights.

Have a wonderful weekend guys, back to work tomorrow.

Dacky's picture

I’m UK based so they prescribe Enanthate here not Cyp. I only take my prescribed dose of Enanthate- 100mg EW. Glad to hear about the CPAP machine mate that’s important - keep an eye on Hb and HCT.

Keep at it brother. You’re winning the battle already.

Hello mate

I’m not going to say much. I’m a trt patient and I run cycles. I can tell you the guys have you below. Stick to your trt dose, really focus and stay consistent on your diet and training (do this slowly at a manageable deficit - try apply carb and calorie cycling with mini diet breaks) do this for 6 months hand on heart and then step back and look at yourself in the mirror with pride in your heart and your eyes. At that point make a decision as to what’s next. Maybe that will be a cycle. Maybe you’re completely satisfied with what you see and what you’ve achieved and are happy to maintain or grow without adding complexity. If your decide to cycle you will be I a physical position to do so and you will have learnt a boat load about nutrition and training optimisation during the prior 6 months to put to good use. And remember 6 months is but a drop in the ocean relative to our while lives.

Lastly and because no one has asked I see you are diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea! This in itself could be he root cause of your low testosterone. Has or is this being treated? Besides the hormonal impact of this it is a serious condition that can lead to significant and often life threatening health issues so please if you aren’t already get this seen to immediately. At the very least your going to have issues with Hb/HCT levels on trt with this untreated so check often and donate as necessary.

Wishing you all the best mate! And keep us posted on your journey.

What Sam said bro. Steroid blasts/cycles are not for getting into shape.

TRT dose and a killer diet/training will sort you out ready for a blast.

No one here wants you to leave mate, post upyour diet and you’ll get plenty of help as I recently did also

Fact: anabolic steroids with a high binding affinity for the androgen receptors can stimulate lipolysis.
Fact 2: diet dictates results. Ive always used the following comparison. "Do you wanna be a pork chop or a chicken breast?" Basically you are what you eat no matter what substances you put into your body.

Have you considered Sarms ? Or peptides over aas? Ill write more later but if Sam and others have seen your physique (i have not) and have said that steroids are not for you yet (yet means not at the moment but later possibly) then please take their advice. These guys will help you i promise.

The guy could come back in 5 years and blow all of us out of the water. I know for a fact if you build that base first you retain your gains better. At least 99 percent of us. If Gary's anything like me he will take this critique in the gym and kill it. That's what bodybuilding is to me. It's how I turn a negative into a positive. Every woman that ever burned me any boss I never liked I've taken them to the gym and I've left them there... I wish Gary the best.

Damned right he could, ive no doubt that with the knowledge he receives here and getting to know his body he could transform himself to be in excellent shape. Ive got to note that his approach has been rather methodical as from day one he has been getting feedback from the board. Sometimes i tend to be a bit too abrasive with guys on here which makes me seem like an ass, but i do wish the best for them as do i with Gary. At least he can take constructive criticism pretty well, remember Glycogenguy? Wow lol

I like that approach to leaving your negatives in the gym. Everyday after work my decompression isnt a beer on the couch, i go to the gym and kill it. My bad days suddenly feel acceptable and my mind is cleared. I definitely understand that bro.

Sam I Am's picture

Yea he doesn't go to pieces like alot of these dudes. I gave him 2 points for that. The only other advice I could give him would be to switch his exercises often and make damn sure on that last set he doesn't put it down until he has to. I also believe in cottage cheese or Greek yogurt before bed and a protein shake immediately when waking up.

You know im going to try that before bed from now on. I generally LOVE to carb load before bed with a small amount of proteinas i love seeing that "full" look to my muscles when i wake up. But maybe by me simply implementing greek yogurt or cottage cheese id rid myself of some minor bodyfat just because its not carb central.
Im glad you are patient with guys on here, i have been trying to be more constructive. I think if he puts his heart to it truly giving it 100% he will do great. The hard part is doing it.

GaryNichols's picture

Anyways, I’m going to leave it be. I do understand you guys are looking out for me and I’m going to think and pray about your advise. I just want to be clear with everyone that I’m honest about what I’m doing and I can use advise from folks on here. I am leaning towards dropping back to my TRT dose as suggest, im not very far above it as it’s is. I’m still open to leaving the forum if that’s what folks want. Have a great weekend!!!

Should be an interesting conversation between you and jebus. Report back

Sam I Am's picture

I must have missed the other posts. Bottom line after looking at your picture is this. Your not doing yourself any favors running a cycle. Your diet and workouts cant possibly be on track. Stick to your trt or your going to fuck yourself up worse. How can I tell somebody under 25 not to use and then give a guy who doesn't resemble a weight lifter points for running a cycle? That's not trolling that being honest. If I was wrong you wouldn't have removed the picture.

Owes a Review × 1
GaryNichols's picture

Sam, your not the reason I removed the picture sir. I removed the picture because I didn’t feel like a debate about whether I should be taking something I have to take due to a medical condition. I can get fat doing nothing on TRT or do what I’m doing which is working out hard and eating right. I’m surprised why attacking me seems to supersede giving me advise. Im not trying to be a pro-weight lifter and not trying to get big or any of that. I’ve been open about that from the beginning. Im trying to lean up and build a healthy muscular physique that fits my frame and I’m starting with a cut since I got fluffy after 2 years off from injury. You say my picture shows my diet is not on track, bear in mind that picture was 4 weeks in, less than a month actually. I’m already contemplating changing things up based on the advise you guys are giving but I prefer the advise and help to the bashing. I never said I wasn’t open to advise

Sam I Am's picture

I didn't say your diet wasnt on track. I said I don't think your at the point you should run a cycle. Theres a big misconception that cutting steroids cut you up. That's false. There not diet drugs. I'm certain it was the diet and work that helped you loose those lbs. Good luck

Thabks Sam, I’m going to drop back down closer to my TRT dose and see how it goes. I appreciate the advise.
