started my lean bulk cycle . have ran anavar at 50mg for 4 weeks & mk677 have another 4 weeks left on anavar & 6 weeks on mk677 any tips or advice would be helpful thanks in advance

A few people offered or made mention of showing you diet, probably include exercises in that too; that's worth quite a lot if you ever look for a PT. Since you are on a PED review site, you will, one day, be on AAS, so finding a PT who will work with that is even harder. Take some of these guys up on offer to help with diet and exercise and see where it leads you. I read one comment about getting you places in 6-months,,,, if the Anavar has not yet crashed you (and it really should not (long term) for what you described) then you could have an awesome 6-months ahead of you. I’m lost for words… why? If this is real, this is the problem today. So many people don’t even get close to their genetic potential through diet and training before they want to hop on a cycle. Think of AAS as the cherry on the cake. You need to make the damn cake first!

I’m in the same boat as you, I always neglected legs until a few years ago. Now I’m doing them as my favorite day of the week. I don’t lose a lot of muscle when I tone down my lifting, I will lose it all from my legs though haha.
SwoljaboyI started hitting them twice a week. I’m trying to get them big as I can before I go in my cruise. I will still continue to hit them twice a week tho. Just going to up the training and calories and protein to the MAX during cruise to maintain as best I can
