High cortisol and estrogen...are u taking an ai??
Anonwhat would cause the cortisol to rise here? i tried checking on google scholar but couldn't find a direct relationship between estrogen and cortisol.
cortisol could jump just from the stress of the blood test if you are scared of needles...high from strenuous exercise if it was w/in a couple of hours. i actually am not sure of the relationship between e2 and cortisol but i take 500mg 30min pre workout of vit c and 500mg immediately after workout to help combat cortisol levels and oxidative stress
Anonyeah.. i knew the general causes.. i guess i was thinking outside the box tho. can't find anything that even suggests a relationship between e2 and cortisol.
thats outside of my realm of knowledge! haha...i think proper rest is a huge thing when it comes to cortisol. i find that even when my diet is right and im not resting i stall big time
^_^ this.. it's high because of "in repsonse" to something.. there's some kinda stimulus, or lack of, that is causing it.. sleep and mental stresses are just a couple things that can cause it to elevate as well as physical stresses.. this is interesting but I feel we are missing some info to make an educated guess.
hes got some sleep issues...seems to be a vicious cycle in regards to gh production and rising cortisol levels
Not sure...but he can use Phosphatidylserine to lower cortisol, i use it off cycle..
thats good info right there, going to have to look into that
Yeah its good stuff, use 6-800mg morning and before bed
hell yea...i only use cortisol control pre/post workout but maybe i will add it in the morning as well
I meant 6-800mg total oops! Lol
AnonPhosphatidylserine has been demonstrated to speed up recovery, prevent muscle soreness, improve well-being, and might possess ergogenic properties in athletes involved in cycling, weight training and endurance running. Soy-PS, in a dose dependent manner (400 mg), has been reported to be an effective supplement for combating exercise-induced stress by blunting the exercise-induced increase in cortisol levels.[6] PS supplementation promotes a desirable hormonal balance for athletes and might attenuate the physiological deterioration that accompanies overtraining and/or overstretching.[7] In recent studies, PS has been shown to enhance mood in a cohort of young people during mental stress

thanks brotha!
Anonno doubt. i looked it up just so i could bookmark that shit for later. haha
Doc said had something to do with my blood sugar and almost nonexistent growth hormone causing my body stress there by raising my cortisol level there were other things to but only remember that part we went over a tom of stuff
full nights sleep will help with your gh levels
If only!
valerian root and melatonin...shit will knock you out man! i was actually prescribed 1mg of ativan to help with sleep and relaxation...i switched and havnt skipped a beat
Anonyou're not depressed are you? too much cortisol will inhibit natty gh production. moderate cortisol will actually promote it, tho. here's some info you might find interesting:

No my testis high which keeps me stalking the old lady that in turn keeps me in a good mood but the doc did definitely say my super low gh is why I can't sleep
