I've been pinning Faizer's Test E 250mg/ml for a while now; it's simply great. Recently, RS stocked those extra-dosed Test E @ 350mg/ml and I decided to give them a spin.
I pinned 1ml in the delt yesterday afternoon. Big mistake. This was the first time I pin this high concentration in the delt.

Immediately after injecting I started feeling a very deep muscle pain, though very mild. 6 hours later (just before I slept), the pain "surfaced" a little bit and just became the regular virgin muscle PIP (although my delt wasn't a virgin).
Now it's almost noon and yeah, I can feel the PIP.
No redness, no heat, none of that. Just good ol' medium PIP. I suspect that the reason is that I usually pin on 0.5ml in my delt and this is the first time I pin 1ml.

Regardless, I'll follow up with blood test and put up a review afterwards.
