Genetics play a big part in high cholesterol for some people and you can do stuff about it but you can't expect it to be like someone else's with know known genetic problem.
no am saying that even when i cruise on 150mg my cholesterol is still high
I have been taking two capsules of red yeast rice every morning and lowered my total cholesterol from 204 to 161 in about a month and a half. LDL chol calc 128-90. Taking only half the recommended dose. Hope this helps. Also added Tudca for liver support I had elevated ast alt, I will know if it helped once I get my bloodwork back sometime this week.

Mine is messed up also. Need to fix though. It is a slow killer otherwise. I've been running 10-20mg of cardarine this cycle to see if it has an effect. Lot of people claiming it does wonders for their cholesterol. Bloodwork in month so I will know then. To many unwanted sides from those prescription cholesterol meds so I am trying to avoid those. Doc said eating more veggies and laying off the bacon a bit would help also.
TricepatopsLet me know how that works for cholesterol as I need to lower my LDL more even though it is in range I want to lower more and see if I can get my HdL up. No matter what I do I can't get it to increase. Also what do you think about the cancer causing effect cardine has?
An equivalent dose in humans that they were feeding the rats to come up with that conclusion is not even close to what we are taking so I am not worried about it. it was absurd amount they were feeding them.

Please look into Metformin as well bro, is the only med that have worked for me if it wasnt for it my cholesterol will be in the 500s
TricepatopsMetformin will blunt muscle gains. I use to take it and quit for that reason. When I get older and just want to maintain my physique I will probably take metformin for all the good benefits it has. Unfortunately inhibiting muscle growth is a real thing with it.
am old already, muscle is important for me but longevity is more
