No, the batch numbers come up invalid. The ones I have from Muta do too because they are the same batch number. What do you think I should do? Is the batch number and serial number the same thing?
No, the batch number and serial number aren't the same thing. You scratch of the silver thing and it has the serial number under it.
Apparently you don't leave spaces when you enter the serial number. If you did leave spaces try it without them. Don't forget to update!
