Drod's back is insane, and he's nearly 300 pounds. So, I've got a long way to go to catch him. But I'm hovering around 250, and I've made some significant improvements in my back and shoulders lately. I just posted some pics a few weeks ago, and I think my back has seen more progress than the rest of me.
Give me a year, Drod. I'm coming after you. :-)
EDIT: In case anyone is curious, here is a link to some photos of my back from late June. The pose is a little different as I was going for the big spread, but I think the progress is evident.
