+ 4 Retatrutide and Lipids
ad
I have always had bad Lipid panels and supposed to be on meds but I am not. When I was blasting my lipids were pretty bad but recently been doing Reta and its got me pretty close to normal on the lipids.

Semaglutide was giving me bad heartburn does reta give you any hearburn?
When I first started I did get a little heartburn if I ate and felt like I had a full stomach. Something that helped was I no longer eat several hours before bed. I have been on it over 4 months and never get heart burn anymore with it. For me it suppressed my hunger and food noise so I started to eat a lot less which in turn I think helps with heartburn.
Reta literally has an absurd amount of pro’s. No reason not to take it!!
Damn, that’s a huge improvement. How long have you been on reta for? Take and other supps for cholesterol or do cardio?
I have been on Reta just over 4 months started off at 2.5mg a week and went up to 3.5mg a week. I do not take any meds for cholesterol and I hardly do any cardio but I do lift at the gym almost every day. I have always had bad cholesterol its hereditary and I was supposed to be on meds and never went through with it. This is the first time I have had almost everything normal and it for sure was the Reta, that's the only thing that is different from past.

That's pretty nice. What's the time difference on those two labs you posted? Were you on any gear on the first and second lab test?
The first one was from Jul 1st, 2025 and yes I was on gear, 200mg primo, 100mg decca and 350mg test. My lipids have always been high though and was a little higher on the gear. The second test was done this week and I am only on 150mg of testosterone, cruising right now. I take 3 mg of Reta a week and have been on it 4 months.
That’s a real win, brother … fixing lipids while still blasting is no small thing.
Honestly, I don’t see a reason not to keep Reta in year-round. If appetite suppression isn’t the main goal, just dial the dose down to the minimum that keeps bloodwork in check. What you pulled off here shows why I call this one the king of peptides, IMHO.
I agree bro, Reta is for sure like a miracle peptide. My lipids are not perfect yet but they are so much better than they were. I don't know what long term effects of staying on Reta is but it really leaned me up and got these lipids in check.
