I saw several people asking how to do this, and I just had some Mast-E crashing so I decided to take a couple of pics and post how to do it. All you need is a saucepan to boil water, your vial of oil that needs reheating, a hypodermic needle, an alcohol swab, a towel, and a glove. This procedure works for me most of the time, but not always. I hope this helps and keeps someone from tossing potentially good gear in the trash.
Procedure:
Wipe top of vial with swab
Insert needle just through the stopper into the air space, not into the liquid. This is to allows the heated gas to escape rather than pressurize and blow the top off the vial.
Boil for ten minutes and remove from heat
With a gloved hand remove vial from water and place on a towel. The towel keeps the vial from directly contacting a cold surface. Keep the needle in.
Let the vial cool slowly back to room temperature. You may now remove the hypodermic needle.
The oil should now be clear and ready for use.
