Red Swollen Injection Site.

ad

This is my 3rd week on Test E from QD Labs which is supposed to be heavy on EO so it could be that I'm slightly allergic. I always use sterile needles and clean the site with alcohol swabs before injecting. This redness and swelling started during the second week. It's a little hot to the touch and it becomes very itchy whenever I massage it. It's also somewhat sore. Two other things to note are that sometimes it actually travels about 4-6 inches from the injection site but it becomes alot smaller when it does and it's a lot more dominant on the left delt. What do you guys think? Thanks

Bro id go to the doc. I had cellulitis is my left delt that traveled down to my elbow and and ate a whole in my trap. I'm not trying to scare you but I would definetly see a doc.

i was using some gear high in EO and had the same reaction. Redness, swelling, hot to the touch, very hard and painful. After a couple weeks of trying different methods I switched to a different sources gear and that was it. Definitely allergic to EO. Switch to some other gear and you'll be much happier.

Kinda a basic question but what needle size and length? Can you edit the photo and mark where you actually injected? Might be me but looks a little low for a delt injection.

25G 5/8. My GF, a nurse if that matters, injects me pretty much to the left of the mole

This is just my opinion.

I would go higher on the delt, the head of the muscle which is the largest.

Use a 1 inch needle atleast, i use a 1.5 and go a little under an inch in for two reasons, one I cant reach all the way around and still get a good depth due to my chest.

Two I like a good amount sticking out so if for some reason the needle breaks you have something to grab onto to pull it out.

PUSH SLOW, dont forget, if it is a virgin muscle it will not take the oil and absorb it like a matured one. If you push it to fast is will not soak in the muscle an will be trapped between your skin and muscle which in turn will cause the redness.

X2 on this. I use a 1 inch for the delts and a 1.5 for the glutes... have had swelling in the past from a few src's gear but that is what to expect at times.. Never had these types of symptoms he is experiencing.. My guess to is EO.

She pushes decently slow, I'll get her to push slower and go up a little higher. I'll definitely pick up 1 inch needles and give that a go on monday. Probably a stupid question but if the gear does get trapped does it still get used up? Thank you.

With a 25g pin you probably couldnt push to fast anyway! I used a 23 and for me thats about perfect.

From my understanding it does get used just not at the same rate. This is exactly what happens if I push to fast into my triceps or to much. You'll see this is common to if the IM injection becomes Sub Q due to not enough depth.

I would take some Ibuprofen to help with swelling and redness.

BUT could be the EO, everyone is different. Trial and error is your best friend at this point.

Next time I run a cycle I'll try something without EO and see how that goes but for now I'll switch the needle length, go a little higher and slower. Thanks again for the help I appreciate it.

Try another line of gear and see where that takes you.. Just a recommendation only..

Some bad PIP homie. And ya, from laying on it or even moving around, it spread. Hey man don't take offense to this, but what are u doing using AAS? how long have u been working out seriously? And be honest bro. seems like there was potential to reach a good size naturally first, before AAS. How old are u?

I'm just here to see what members think about this. No offense to you either but I'm not here looking for advice as to whether I should run an AAS or not, I understand you're just looking to help. But regardless, I'm 24 I've been training since I was 15. From 15-17 I dropped my bf from 27% to 14-16% which I did incorrectly and lost too much muscle. From 18-23 I worked on adding mass with minimal amounts of fat. Also at 23 I had gyno surgery, it was pubertal, the doctor ruined my chest and I was on my ass for about 3 months losing just about all my gains. With that in mind I'm using AAS as an extra boost to get back to where I was and to hopefully fill in my messed up chest

It started happening during the second week it happens in both delts as I'm rotating left and right delt monday thursday. It goes away after 3-4 days
