well thank you. I take that as a huge compliment. and well my goal right now is to in a way maintain my current weight but I want to make everything just look tighter. I want to build some lean muscle and shed some body fat in areas I feel I could improve a lot more. I just wana get to that next level like everyone else.
Anonyou aren't going to maintain your current weight using aas. You will gain weight and will only shed fat if you put thought into your diet as well as training and rest. The next level for some of us means quite differnt things. For some it means competition for others it is about being bigger more muscular.
Haha I guess I'm the odd one out here saying I wouldn't even bother training, girls like your body shape are where it's at for me personally.
i told her the exact same thing but i also told her if she ever wanted any help i would be willing as always to do that :-)
