+ 11 Quarantine FORM and end of the bulk
decided to call this Quarantine form due to all this crazy situation in the world and quarantine,but it does not mean our live is over and passion for bodybuilding and training,we can still workout at home,increase intensity,time under tension etc we can now wake up at same time,eat meals at same time and go to sleep at same time,try to get better every day...dont get depressed guys,lets go day by day,follow the rules so we can slow down this thing and get back to our regular lives...
I am still working out every day most free very heavy weights what really built my physique,diet is perfect every day...
In few weeks me and RB are going for transformation cycle and cut all this body fat down,get ripped to shreds

Holy Moly. I'd be happy with this physique while maintenance on a daily, day to day. Hell man, looks like a 29 inch waistline. Name of the game right there; Wide shoulders, tiny waistline and ripped calves makes the judges look twice IMO.

Barely a little water between muscle striations only an experts trained eye could judge. A bit of water tab or diuretic would handle that, lol. Joking bud, please dont go there, a little frequent cardio amd maybe a slight tweak in diet and a few days would just kill it big time. But then, fuxk 3% BF. Ur close in reality, amd if you wanted it, but why go so low for a day at the beach
josipgatesi always try to avoid diuretics at all cost,but then u get around 4% it is all about manipulating carbs,sodium,potassium and water...but u know under 6% u feel like zombie entire fckin day haha but at least we look insane.
bigger plans then just beach for this summer,its show time bro ;)
