Thanks brother! I took 40 mg a day and noticed after a week that I was cutting nicely. Think next time I will up the dose a bit.

Two right now but I think I'm going up to four. Been reading up and usual dosage is 40-100mg a day. What are your thoughts

That's what I have seen dosage wise. Tbh I never ran em. Im gonna wait till I get my bf in a better range.
