Hice un pedido hace más de un mes. Se hizo el pago y me mandaron el mail confirmando el envío.
Después de escribir más de 10 emails preguntando por el envío ya que aún no se ha recibido, tampoco han tenido el detalle de contestar.

They kept me informed by email so I never had to ask
Packages were packed well
I understand sometimes delays happen but I'm happy and plan to continue my relationship with them

So let not get scammed anymore.

They never write back unless you do a fake order and they Email you saying they can't pick up money for some reason.

Placed a simple order for test and got an immediate, professional in appearance, response on how to remit payment. After payment was made I received an email stating that my order had shipped in two separate parcels and then...........crickets. After numerous attempts to contact these guys I gave up and ordered from reliable sources. These guys are FRAUDS!

They got me good, live and learn,but I did about 5 fake orders on their website and they kept writing me saying they couldn't pick up my western union. Ha. They can steal from you and not respond to any emails, but when they can't pick up money, their emailing like crazy. They erased my account finally. Karma is going to get them soon.

Placed an order over a month ago, never got my product nor did i get a confirmation email that my package was sent. I emailed them countless times and nothing. i had used this site for years and had no issues prior to this. Do not use this site....it was good once, but not anymore. I placed an order back in mid March. Confirmation email of payment and shipment around mid may. Said items set for shipment may 12-17. Another email saying 19-30 of may, wtf. Got all my PCT first week of June, guessing it was sent on the 19th. Now it's approaching july, have tried multiple times to ask for tracking number on second portion of purchase and absolutely no response. I understand the sensitivity and wait time of these purchase, but to not get a response regarding info is ridiculous and irritating. As of this point based on service I would not recommend not will I purchase again from this company.

After having tried 4 times to get a response from ROIDSUPPLIER, I decided and told them I would post a review about their service. This is the 3rd order that I've placed in 5 years with them and there have always been difficulties. Missing product (which they later replaced), lack of communication, and finally NO response to my inquires about my order this time - ZERO! Of course, I did get an email that received my money - that was almost TWO weeks ago.
Packaging is discreet, never had problems with Customs.
For a company that's been in business for such a long time, it's angers and frustrates me that they treat customers - new and return- in this manner. At this point, I'm not even sure if I'll see get my order.

Absolutely do not use this site. My last order was two months ago (ordered on May 3, 2017). They accepted payment and sent me a confirmation email. The same email said they would generate my tracking number and get it to me shortly. This was two weeks after I ordered and paid. Two more weeks later I receive the same exact email again. All their emails are signed my 'Eugenia'. She or whomever will not answer me anymore. I've sent at least a dozen emails. I've used them before and they always came through. No longer.
****Update....after all that, my order came through on Friday (2 months after ordering) No tracking info, email or contact. But it's here. 5 paid for bottles plus the 6th free bottle.

Great prices, free shipping, extra gear for free. Plan on it taking a long time to get. With very little communication. They used to be much faster. You'll be so happy and so pissed at the same time when your gear comes through. If you can wait it out, the money savings, free shipping and free gear may be worth the hassle for you.

After reading reviews i was a little hesitant about ordering from Roidsupplier.com but i'm telling you people that there prices for what i wanted is unbeatable. There communication is very off but i received a email that they are working on the problem. Listen if you had a problem with them i'm sorry to hear it but everything worked great for me and i will be ordering again from them.

After too many emails to remember, and threatening to get on every Blog I can find to warn people, they sent me a FAKE Tracking NUMBER. This site is a scam! They ignore emails and as far as I can tell never had any intention of filling my order. The good news is, I have since found a great Domestic Supplier and am now keeping my money in the U.S.

When there computer went down and they could not find my info.they posted for anyone that had a problem to join again so they had my info.I then told them what I ordered and sent a copy of my western union payment and my products were delivered within two weeks.I am sorry if anyone has had problems with this supplier.But They have always treated me fair and I know no supplier is perfect.But I you take the time to give them the right information.I beleave they will do ther best to help you.By the way.I could have posted this review a year ago.I didn't.I have to know someone before I will support them.I trust them that is why I am posting this My endorsement has been earned not bartered.
