this is me oct-3-2016: 221 lbs 35" waist, still soft in the belly but fuck I am getting old
the before pic was the end of august 2013, I weighed 268-272 lbs @ 50% BF,size 44 jeans 11" arms! I have had many issues and set backs, injuries, bunk cycles and AI's, NATURAL DISATERS that forced me from my home and totally interrupted my workouts, and destroyed my diet. Yet through it all; the UPS and DOWNS, I have tried to maintain forward momentum. And though I might not be propelling forward at light speed, I am steady moving forward! STAY STRONG PEOPLE, MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT

thanks HR, I think the tan gives a lot to the effect. My people are from a cold climate, prone to fur and belly fat. But at this point in my life , I am the first one shedding my shirt and being comfortable. And comfort in my exposed skin was all I ever desired. STAY STRONG MY FRIEND

whats funny robb is as far as I am concerned, We are always perfect just as we are, I am bigger and more cut than 99% of the guys I graduated with, but being on this site delutes our perception of what is average, or good looking. I am happy with me, and for now that is enough. stay strong brother
