my first selfie i posted last aug.....this is been roughly one year and the changes are still taking place.....i am back p to 231 lbs and am wearimg size 36 jeans..... training with an old school bench and squat rack 305 's of plates and a giant tractor tire i flip daily....thanks for all the help and support
