Someone asked for some before and after of Karl's somas.
I don't have an exact b4 and after pic in that sense. So rather I just compiled some pics of my progress since joining eroids.
Hopefully they're in the right order from top to bottom.
Its been a journey and definitely not a linear one. Lots of ups and downs, skinnys and fats, and learned much along the way.
Some trial and errors, mostly coming from the nutritional side of things. And even a couple injuries through the years.
Its all been good and I'm going to continue my journey and going to keep setting goals.
We'll see where 2017 takes me. Hopefully another 10 lbs of lbm. ☺
