+ 6 Progress Pics + Dexa

ad

I have been pushing hard in the gym with a trainer and on my own this winter. The results are starting to come in while I still have tons of opportunity to grow.

The Gears:
Iron Lion Test E 250 @ 660 , Key's Primodept 200 @ 440, Var 50mg split daily, HCG 750mcg, Stealth Labs Proviron 50mg split daily, Dr Bolder Pre-workout TNE occasionally
Non-eroids Reta 4mg 2x week, HGH 6iu nightly, MT-II 1mg when I can catch some rays

The kitchen is officially open and I'm now trying to eat clean in a mild surplus. I pulled bloods yesterday and my lipids were much better than my last pull thanks to advice from here. I will post them once everything is in.

Test, primo, var, reta, hgh. Not trying to be a dick. But it barely looks like you have ever touched a dumb bell, much less, are running all that gear?? I am 51 and have learned over many years of using gear. 500mg a week is plenty for the every day average Joe looking to add a little muscle and increase their strength. If you just want to look good. Just run test 500mg and Masteron 400mg. A week. Bur seriously, how long have you been running this cycle?? 2 days? I don't see it. Trust me, I am not putting you down or trying to belittle you in any way. I am being honest with you. I think some of these guys are just being nice. I would like to see you make a transformation. I have to believe you are not consuming enough protein to get the results from using test. I made this mistake 20 years ago. Thought the juice would make me big as long as I trained. It won't. You need more protein to maximize the gear and your results. And probably need to focus on lower reps heavier weight, while really focusing on the mind to muscle connection and squeezing and contracting the muscle you are training. Hit the basics. Dumb bell press for chest, bench, Flys.seated Dumb bell press for shoulders, side laterals, front raises, and bent over laterals for rear delts. Preacher curl, reverse curl, concentration curls for biceps. Skull crusher, cable press downs, kick backs for triceps, squats, leg press, leg curls, leg ext. Etc. Try and consume atleast 200 or more grams of protein a day.

This guy's right. I'm sorry man but you look bad. You should be doing like..200mg test and learning how to lift and diet. You're working with a trainer? He's taking you for an absolute ride then, you are straight up being scammed. Also all this dexa scan shit is just money that you're setting on fire.

Idk people are acting like you’re running an insane cycle (although I think you can def lower the test). Just make sure you donate blood, not trying to say you’re “old” but blood thickness (hct) is really vital to watch as we go up in age. I don’t know what you’re before picture is like but you look solid man! I don’t think 660mg of test is needed, esp if u hit the TNE. Be careful and best of luck with progress. Will come with consistency and I hope to see an updated pic in the future! Also please don’t touch EQ or Anadrol above 50 years old

Thanks Pete. HCT looks good since I moved to daily pins and I'm staying on top of bloods. I plan on posting my latest pull next week once everything comes in. I'm an under-responder to exogenous test and I will see if that continues to be the case with IL TE.

Where I really deserve to be shit on is for adding var/proviron with knowingly trashed lipids, but I'm saving that for my bloods post.

That’s it ! Solid advice right there. As we get older, managing hematocrit, BP, lipids and overall blood viscosity becomes just as important as chasing gains.

@WoodyP 660mg of test isn’t “insane,” but for most guys it’s more than necessary for steady progress … especially with TNE in the mix. Training level, diet, recovery and overall lifestyle will dictate how hard those biomarkers get pushed.

Health markers first, physique second. You’re progressing well … just keep it smart and sustainable my bro !!

I would train those weak spots more other than that looking good. Hope u got the good gear, all the best also I would drop the var to 20-25mg don’t need much if it high quality it’s very potent and drop the gh, any more than 2mgs ad give me a foggy brain and water weight becomes to much, that’s the lovely thing about gear u can all experiment and find what works best for you.

There are many things that are way off here .....

Reign back on the gear and learn how to train, diet, eat and sleep correctly. There are years of muscle to be gained here without using all that you are, it is Overkill pure and simple. You are damaging your health for no reason and a Dexa scan isn't even needed. All you need to be doing is using your own pictures as a guide on what you need to be focusing on.

I appreciate your advice press. I won't listen to ANY of it. But I appreciate it. Lol ------

I'm even more shocked at some of the members on here encouraging him and saying he's not doing anything wrong running gear in the first place.

Nothing personal, I assure you, but this DEXA scan result is wild. Is it saying that you're 8.5%? I've heard DEXA is the gold standard from many and also heard that its unreliable by others. If these are truly your Dexa results and not someone else's that your posting, than I guess the others are correct. Once again, not trying to insult you because you're clearly trying to put in the work, but I just genuinely curious about these results.

I scanned yesterday and took the pic today. I don't buy the number either and I'm sure a large portion of the difference between scans is Glycogen/water reloading. At the same time, I am now the leanest I have been since puberty. Building in public-ish, I'll be back around with more data points, mass, better lighting and a pump.

Yeah, those Dexa scans are kinda hit or miss. Either way, keep pushing, but seriously consider your health when running high doses of various compounds. I'd also recommend saving the money on future scans and just take pictures weekly. Pictures dont lie and are a huge help in identifying problem areas and lagging muscle groups that might need a little extra work. And remember that its not a race, its more of a marathon.

Why do you need so much crap? Don't reinvent the wheel. Looks like your coach was selling all these goodies to u.imho

Janefonda's picture

May i ask why your running so much test and gear at your age? I think you would be fine just on trt dosage and the reta. Please think about your health and living longer. Looks like you've lost a good amount of weight. U can continue to get in better shape and healthier just on trt and reta if you want to continue that. Good luck with your goals.

I see it as a 5 year window of opportunity for physical transformation before my age really starts closing it. I cleaned up a lifetime of bad habits and I'm willing to introduce some new risk for significantly improved quality of life. From a longevity standpoint, I'm fast approaching the age my father and grandfathers passed, and I'm willing to pull levers they never thought about or even existed for them. I also think genetics wins in the end.

Goal is a stacked 225 and upwards from there.
