I have posted a pics like 2 weeks ago about my Surgery. I promised to keep you guys updated.Im in the end of first month training again. I feel absolutely amazing. Diet is on point again, and i gained already 7-8kg, i dont know if its because of muscle memory or water. Naturally ofc, im feeling alive again. Planning to train naturally for some months more then jump on a light cycle. Thank you to everyone and going to update you guys in a month:)
