AnonI appreciate the kind words bro, and honestly I’ve been considering a “main gain” approach. My last bulk, I found it a little harder to lose the excess water and fat I had picked up. Probably because I’m getting older now.
Exactly age and lets face it you dont need it. You have great shape and symmetry. Main gain bro— abs all winter then pop them in summer. I can see how main gaining could add you 5 pounds of good muscle
Cant wait to see what you pick. Goodluck man and post that diet. We are getting better with AGE
