+ 7 Progress- I think anyway!

Well I'm no where near most peoples standard on here but in the first pic I hadnt been to the gym in about a year and in the second I have been going fora few months. I actually weigh more but everythings a lot tighter.
I'm only running HGH, I'm not trying to compete but wouldn't mind being ripped! Hopefully in a few more months there'll be more of an improvement!

Does anyone know if I am am suitable for something like anavar, I've never tried anything like that but now I'm doing my masters, gym with be cut to 3 times a week max so not sure if I'd get the results from that I want by taking it?

you won't get the full benefit of results you could get.

One of the advantages is quicker recovery with increased synthesis, you'll be decreasing that training stimulus and thus the response. Personally Id hold off till i could blitz it and take full advantage.

Thanks, it's just everything started to go a bit soft and I hit 30 next year so wanted to make sure I don't end up with a middle age spread in a few more years... Early 20's diet and surfing was enough, late 20's requires a lot more effort!

Thank you! And yes..I don't think I'll ever stop using it, I've got from using 10 kilo dumbbells to 20kg on each arm in just a few months. Love it!

thanks, just ordered some brown tops so i'm planning to smash myself to bits and have a better looking pic soon, although it's winter and I have a tenancy to hibernate...

I think I need to work on my posing as my abs are actually really pronounced and you can barely see them in the pic! Promise they're there!

Posing gets easier but it takes a while practice practice practice I use to try to suck my belly in as much as I could but you have to learn how to push out so you can see the muscles with the bies I learned on this site you have to get your elbows up and fist by your head and smile:):):) +1 by the way
