I just found this old picture of what I looked like before I started lifting weights. I just thought it was amazing to see what a little hard work and force feeding can do. Started at 130 pounds now currently 185. I'm working towards getting back up to 200 where I was before I tore my other labrum last year and lost 30 pounds. No more size small joggers for me.
