3IU right after waking up, then i do my fasted cardio this combo will make you a fat burning machine
For sure man, I have had a real chance to run GH due to covid getting in the way of the first time I was gonna do it, but I have a prep coming up and I’m gonna run 3IU a day for that, I’ll definitely show my results
3iu looks like the sweet spot for me man, anymore than that and i start getting puffy face
