OK, prompted by Vike...
I had low T but wanted to try and increase it naturally via diet and exercise. It worked to a point, but never got up higher than 250. I discussed the issue with my GP and got scripted for TRT.
My before pic, if I had one, looked like noob941 before pic. I worked out (mostly cardio) for a few years to look like his after pic taken in oct 2016. Then I started lifting for a few years more before going on TRT.
My goal is to be healthy and to live long enough to see my teenage kids get married and have kids of their own. Do the math, I'll be very old by then. I'm probably in better shape than I have been in 20 years.

I’m not going to neg your comments here, but you’re going a little far. Greg is a very solid guy, whether you like him or not, nobody can not say he’s not fair. Not everything on this site makes clear sense to everyone, but most things in the machine here run the way they do for very specific reasons. I’m going to suggest, and it’s only a suggestion, that you take a step back, breathe, and do some self reflection. We need more people in the community, not less, but we need some level of understanding between members right? I’m full of flaws that I work on daily, I try to be the best person I can be for myself and others, I’d suggest the same. Take one day during the next week where you don’t put yourself first, focus on helping others help themselves and see how it feels. If it turns out to be the worst thing ever, come back here and call me an asshole. Best wishes to you buddy

A few of us have been banned, taken some time on the sidelines, and were welcomed back after some attitude adjustment. It doesn’t have to be this way, but it seems like you’re unwilling to practice a little humility here. I’m giving you some pretty good advice, but it’s the lead a horse to water thing. I’ll gamble that a few apologies and stepping down off of the pedestal you’re currently standing on would go a long way towards being in good graces.
