It's all about how you feel and your goals. It's very easy to get caught up in unhealthy choices at the gym in a quest to have a little more muscle or be the strongest or leanest. Which can entirely defeat the purpose of a healthy life style. Thanks for sharing your story. I agree with you on wanting to stick around for a long time! Your looking good!
