ad
OK, prompted by Vike...
I had low T but wanted to try and increase it naturally via diet and exercise. It worked to a point, but never got up higher than 250. I discussed the issue with my GP and got scripted for TRT.
My before pic, if I had one, looked like noob941 before pic. I worked out (mostly cardio) for a few years to look like his after pic taken in oct 2016. Then I started lifting for a few years more before going on TRT or using any AAS.
My goal is to be healthy and to live long enough to see my teenage kids get married and have kids of their own. Do the math, I'll be very old by then. I'm probably in better shape than I have been in 20 years.

I’ve seen this movie, isn’t this a scene from Logan?
Manateeswimmer5678This is goals man when I get to my 50s. Just gotta make sure my bloods are always solid so I can still lift and look fit like you!
Is there a way to delete my account on here, ive decided that I'm not ganna use gear anymore and I have no need be on this site anymore...
I never thought you were older. Wow. I like your sweater I have one just like it and all my friends break my balls over it lol. Looking good old head. I'm a old head to I think so I can say that.
You are a big man, absolutely no fat whatsoever, very lean, all muscle and it's very obvious that you eat good foods avoiding junk and other various crap. You are what you eat and you look like white meat, lots of Omega 3s and a thick, lean top sirloin here and there. Right on man. Hats off to you. I didnt know what to expect when seeing pics of the Moderators here on Eroids; Pics of only you and Rusty. You are a good example for the community from a physical standpoint if that makes sense. You're strict but fair it seems like, but you got to keep control or it will all fall apart quick. Good day
Isn't this George W. Bush? what the hell
YulchikLook great Greg!
Tell the truth Greg.....you just wrestled a bear didn't you
He had my salmon and I don't share.
Hahaha lol ;)
Looks good to me! +1
GREAT job man. 65 here and feel great..
Much respect for your goal man. That should be every grown up man's goal
Nice work! You're definitely an inspiration. Keep up the great work.. I hope I'm that jacked at 58
Absolutely inspiring. Wolverine would be jealous. You are living to love your family. In my book that makes you the man.
TronGood for you, Greg. That's inspiring +2
+1 brother!
Good work young man. +
Impressive at 58!
I hope to look like you at 58!
Man, don't worry, with this shape that you are, you at 100 percent will see your grandchildren. Your look is great, and 58 it's only start point of life! You really looks like a BigFoot or ancient warrior hunter in the forest! Much appreciate your photo! + from me
ps - change your stats to 58
Yeti ! I love all the old guys here(no homo), it is a best motivation ever ! ! ! +1
Holy crap! It's Squire Danaher! That's a rugged ol irishman right there. +1
The quiet man... one of my favorite John Wayne movies
Me too. The backdrop for that pic is beautiful. Looks like North to Alaska.
Much respect Greg. I hope one day to make my way to Alaska for an adventure with salmon and grizzlies. Mainly salmon. +1.
Nice and solid brutha! ...for Member's like me ( just over a year ) , it's nice to see the vets posting up pics....nice representation for us older guys! Keep up the hard work!
Impressive!
If you look up in the background my cave is on the hillside..
My first two thoughts: 1). This picture is not complete without a large axe over shoulder; 2). Possible Bigfoot sighting! Either way, pretty impressive. Props!!!
You know peeople talk about bigfoot sightings...
I wonder if bigfoot talks about Greg sightings.....lol.....
Big dam grizzly.....holy shit.....++
I know you can't wait to be a grandpa......lol......
Solid build, I hope to look that good in my early 40's and big respect for putting putting the photo on even when you've never made any claim on size of mass to my knowledge.
Out of curiosity what's your heritage? Asking because of the tan.
Figured Viking had a point with his post a pic mantra...
I'm about 3/4 Irish. Probably "black irish". I've always tanned well.
I'm the same mate , I tan easily . That's because the Spanish armada crashed on the west coast of ireland
"Salsa time"
It's all about how you feel and your goals. It's very easy to get caught up in unhealthy choices at the gym in a quest to have a little more muscle or be the strongest or leanest. Which can entirely defeat the purpose of a healthy life style. Thanks for sharing your story. I agree with you on wanting to stick around for a long time! Your looking good! Take care Greg and happy holidays.
Looking great brother Greg! Brawny, sturdy and robust physique! Love to see the more mature members post pics to show that progress can be made at any age! Stellar representation! Admirable work indeed!
+2 for a powerful build and making health and longevity a foremost priority! Much respect!
Good work brother, keep crushing it!
Looks like that TRT is working well, nice build for any age.
Seems like the older we get the better shape we get in. Keep killin it.
RustyhookerBurly mofo! Look like your ready to hunt grizzly with bare hands.
I'm hunting salmon with the grizzlies in this pic.
RustyhookerOld school, hands and teeth. Grawr!!
I love the woods and wild life.....
I would be right there in the middle myself brother....
It looks beautiful behind you and the back drop.....
Grizzly! +2
