Entered my first show last month and placed 2nd in both classes that I was in. I really wasn't expecting to come home with any hardware but it was a nice feeling at 44 years of age. 2nd in novice heavyweight and 2nd in masters over 40.

I used his gear exclusively for my contest prep and I managed to get into the best shape of my life, even though I was only able to hit the gym 3 to 4 times a week.
