AnonI feel like more people need to see that, that's the reality of what we do, no one walks around forever being cut up and pumped to fuck. There's always some time in between where shit gets real and you eat a pizza and can't hit the weights like the past few months.
It also takes serious discipline to stay super cut all year, plus it's no fun...I usually cut up a bit for some pics or the summer but in reality, you definitely look like shit sometimes lmao
I mean shit, like by our standards obviously...still big and lean-ish..but not as impressive.

This is actually me before the quarantine, but my lowest weight during quarantine was 189, it was just that my bf was so damn high, however I’m up 18 pounds in three weeks and am looking to be up 24 by next week, while dropping or maintaining bf. Orals basically filled me back out and I’m just slamming the food for the time being to try and give my body everything to build back up. Also ramping back up my activity level with morning and post workout cardio. Just simple test, EQ, tbol for now, don’t need much to build back up

Tbh I usually “bulk” and just keep up my cardio, that way I can cut carbs and make quick changes to my physique. That being said I usually stay around 12-15% body fat cause I start to feel like shit if I go and stay in single digits
Decent shape and great all over development.
Same boat, I’m eating less but putting on fat. I can’t bloody wait for the gym to open back up

Thank you man, my gym actually opened Monday, my strength has gone down soooo much.
You will come back to that shape within 2 - 3 moths
