Ya I've only done one deca cycle previous to this and it was awhile back. I believe I'm starting out ok I think as far as body fat %. I'm going to try to let my diet dictate fat and water gain. I also use letro for my ai. I know that's not to common here on this board but it does control water a bit as far as a side effect.
Building muscle is what counts so don't be afraid to gain a little fat and carry some extra water. That is easy to get rid of compared to building actual muscle tissue so don't skimp on the diet.
