TONYPERKISGauging bf % visually can def be way off but I would say anywhere from 16-21%. Ive had people guess on here a few times to what my bf% was, u can easily manipulate ur bf% visualization by the amount of light in the pic or angle u take it but to find out ur honest bf% i would have a good personal trainer measure u with calipers or if youve got the money do a float tank test...but you like big bro +1!
