Pre cycle blood work

I'm going to be running a 12 week cycle of alpha test c. These are my pre cycle blood tests. I'm also ruining 2 iu's of serostim hgh. This was drawn before I started running the hgh .

Over 2 years. Well other then hgh was a couple of months. Why is something off?
