Good video, makes me want to workout arm right now. Lol
hunteron20sHere is another tip that no one has said so far ..your delts look small so your arm wont grow bigger then your delt and forarms need to be worked as well.what I am getting at is , muscles have to compliment eachother so bigger delt means more room for bigger upper portion of arms and bigger forearm same thing dont neglect neighbor muscles ..make everthing around it bigget and that paves the way to strecth and fill more area ..
Great advance never put mind to my delts of forearms helping to biceps grow. I just joined a power lift gym at the beginning of the year and so far I've been mind blown time and time again with what I thought lifting was about; your advance is added to that list.
hunteron20sYou are welcome feel free to ask anything ok bro ..
Great advice hunter. Symmetry is a key aspect in growing in all areas of training and I am guilty of working on strong areas and not enough on areas that I struggle with.
hunteron20sI was one of those chest tri bi only workout guys .I learned trial an error .I make my weakest muscle my favorite to work ..symmetric body is key to looks and growing I think..I work all angles as well to get striated look as well ..

I agree with levelup... dips...dips...dips... the back of your arm gives you more size... and I would say do peek curls to isolate just the top or your arm after you do all your regular sets do until failure..
good luck
Def hit triceps but also going extremely heavy isn't the best approach. Concentrate on the contraction and really pump the blood in, this will develop a better mind muscle connection. Also focus on the negative phase of the rep. Forget counting reps...aim to fail in the 8-10 rep range then drop sets...punish them, recover, and they will grow
I'm guilty about going heavy. As you can let I've always be thin and I told to eat and train heavy to grow. Currently I'm 6'3" 230lbs. ( the biggest I've never been) I'm happy with other results minus my arms. I'll take your input and have a better after pic to post later.
Man my arms are 16' but look way bigger than yours.... Keep pounding them from different angles and grips
I have 6'7" tip to tip wing span. I always see guys with same size arms or smaller looking better bc of my height. It sucks but like you said I can pound them to grown; short people can't do anything. I guess I should count my blessing not my problems, lol...

I find arms like more volume, higher reps, 8-15 , pref 10-15 to grow. i like a main 8-10 rep exercise then more pump style.
Alright. 2/3 of your arms are triceps. Focus on those for the size but dont neglect the biceps or youll look funky. Close grip bench (keep elbows in close to your body), straight bar push downs (keeping elbows still and in one place from top to bottom), v bar push downs and do them behind the head straight out 2. Those are my money makers on the triceps. Repa from 8-16 for 5 or 6 sets depending on how heavy I go. Close grip bench is a bit less on sets. Biceps you can never count out the good ole fashioned straight bar curls (keeping elbows in the same place going all the way down and all the way up), hammer curls (keep elbows in the same place. Should be like that on all curls and push downs), concentration curls, and preacher curls will build up some mass. Dont forget your fore arms too! Hope this helps! Also on the last rep do the slowest negative possible on each set! Really focus on the muscle youre working to isolate it!
