+ 6 Pre bulking cycle pics

ad

This will be the first time ive ever posted pictures of myself on this forum please let me know what you guys and gals think FYI its very hard for me to gain size ive always been around 130-140lbs up until this last cycle. This picture was taken at the end of my last 10 week cycle going into my PCT which consisted of GenexPharma Profinex 200 dosed at 300mg tren ace and 300mg test prop per week and Pharma Tren50 dosed at 50mg pre workout every other work out day for about a total of 150mg/wk this stuff is straight energy in a bottle!!! Pct consisted of 6 weeks of GenexPharma Nolvanex 25 dosed at 25mg a day. I have been off cycle for a little over 2 months now I was at 165lbs at the very end of the cycle which was a huge 25lb gain from where I started at 140lbs I lost about 5lbs total after PCT was complete I weighed myself yesterday at the gym and still sitting at 160lbs so overall I gained a solid 20lbs of muscle on a 10 week cycle and stayed decently lean. I plan on starting a 10-12 week bulking cycle in about 3 weeks which will consist of Pharma Test E300 (OSGear promo thxs OSGear!!!) dosed at 600mg/week Biopharmclinic Dbol dosed at 25mg/day 4-6 weeks and ending cycle with a PCT of Nolvanex 25 at 25mg/day for 6 weeks just like last cycle. Hoping to get my weight up 10lbs to 170lbs by the end of this cycle which I dont think is unreasonable seeing as I gained a huge 20lbs solid last cycle!!! Any input, advice on cycle or anything anyone wants to critique about anything I've posted please feel free could use all the advice possible.
!!!!!!!!!Edit!!!!!!!! Cycle has been postponed and reajusted will be waiting until I put more mass on naturally before starting another aas cycle!!!!! Thanks to everyone for there advice and input!!!!

Personally I think you would benefit more of naturally gaining and hitting a plateau and above all EAT. Nutrition is key I can’t stress this enough to guys, I know it’s not what you wanna hear everyone wants to run gear and think it’s a miracle but you gotta work. You should be doing this natural for a few years and reach your full potential before thinking of hitting the sauce. Either way best of luck to you.

I know this is an older post but...Clomid for pct. You don't want to use nolva with any nor19 compounds. You can replace the Nolva with something else but at the top of my head I can't remember the name of it. A quick search and you will find a results but you definitely want to include Clomid

Hey, I'm lactose intolerant too but there are some things that can help.

Try Lactaid or Fairlife. Also they make pills, that might help if you dont like the milk. Also I'm the same height and a bit of a hard gainer myself but theres help there too.

Eating is like a switch, it may be hard to turn on initially, but once your caloric burn matches your intake its easy af.

Whats your diet like? How many times a day do you eat? Those are the proper questions to be asking yourself right now if you want mass.

I'm on my first cycle as we speak but from years of experience I'm finding the eating to be the easiest part. Its the same as if you were just regularly training. This is what my day looks like.

I wake up at 5, cook breakfast, eat. Before I leave to the gym I turn on my rice cooker with 1 1/2 cups of brown rice. Workout for an hour. On my way home I stop at the grocery store and buy my protein and vegetable for the day. Cook the protein and vegetable as soon as I get home and within 15 minutes I'm eating a freshly cooked meal with the brown rice I made before I left. Make enough for 3 more dishes that get eaten throughout the day and I'm good until dinner.

That's 4 meals right there with no shakes. And because you aren't eating 1500 calories a meal, its easy to do and very satisfying. If you decide to miss a meal, have a shake.

Do it every day for a few months and you'll gain clean weight like I did.

Good luck brother.

You can buy lactaid milk. It's exactly the same as milk just further refined and lactose is removed from milk. It's 5 dollars a gallon. A gallon of milk is over 2000 extra calories a day you could be adding. Cheap way to gain weight.

Privatemedlabs if you go there you can order a testosterone and estrogen test. Then go to closet place that draws blood. Once we see if your low which I guessing yours is, we can advice you on what to take to get your levels back again. If you can do this we can help you rethink and come out better in the long run. Anabolics can wait. Diet changes and a simple blood test we can get you running normal again.

Female estrogen panel. Or free and total testosterone level and estrogen level

That's Great! Check for discount codes for that site. Anytime you need help just ask. Let us know your numbers and we will help you for goals after that. Your smart and taking good advice. Good job

One tip if it is possible have your testosterone level checked. You never took anything post cycle to help that. Your levels may still be very low. If it is low, buy Clomid and start taking. There are protocols here for post cycle. You need to fix that and do what people helped you with. Be smart

No unfortunately it is no where near the same as nutrients are concerned. Almond milk is pretty much empty calories and barely any protein at all. Reg milk( as from a cow) has 1g per fl oz.....and about 12 - 14 of carbs per cup . You might not tolerate lactose well but the good news is look into lactaid milk or even better in my eyes is fairlife....that stuff tastes so damn good and label claims to have 50 % more protien per cup. And a lot less sugar and less lactose
..( lactose is a sugar by the way, milk- sugar basically)
64oz a day i still take in.....i used to shoot for a whole gallon per day and thats 124g of quality aminos that no supplement can replace.....

Be sure it’s the lactose and not the saturated fat. If it’s the fat just do skim and 1% cottage cheese. It will still work. Prep your food ahead and carry it with you. Eat every two hours if possible. Some of your friends may think it’s odd but in a year you woulnt look like the same guy. That’s the only way an ectomorph can make gains.

Along with what sam said, alotta supplemt companys sell this casien protein as a long lasting type product.
Well cottage cheese is damn near pure casein as far as its protein content( i think its like 85% casien+ or more i read somewhere). So wolf down a big ass bowl of that everynight along with a couple spoons of peanutbutter. The fat from the pb will further slow the digestion of the already slow casin leaving your muscles with a constant steady stream of 1st rate aminos to use as needed thru out the night while you sleep...after all sleep is when we grow right?? Just gotta make sure the building blocks are there on site for when the crew is ready to start workin! Lol.
Also never go to bed hungry. As a guy more on thr lean side myself i alwYs make sure to take in some good nutrients right befire bed.. usually 3 to 500 calorie snack...woops..posted this twice...my bad

Taking digestive enzymes helps me a lot when drinking lots of milk.
If not fair life is great, the chocolate is really delicious.

I think it’s great you posted an honest picture. I’m seeing a lot of advanced cycles and fancy drugs on novice guys. Forget everything you read on YouTube. Look at this picture , congratulate yourself for what you’ve accomplished and get down to buisness. Your cycle was built around drugs and it failed. Get a my fitness pal app on your phone. Put in everything you eat for a typical week. That’s your calorie baseline. Now add 500 to 1000 calories a day. No protein supplements just Whole Foods. Drink the milk like beard said. Add foods like cottage cheese, Greek yogurt etc. You should gain 20 to 30 lbs in 6 months. Then revisit a test only cycle. You’ll be ahead in the long run. Other option is continue what your doing. Fuck up your health and still be a novice. Make a choice. If you don’t like milk drink it any way. Diet and leg training are what separate the real guys not genetics.

One thing I learned when I started tracking my food . I was eating near as much as I thought. I like my fitness pal because when I start to eat something bad I think about it. Arnold said to log it Draper said the same. That’s what I do.

Something is seriously wrong with your diet and training because you only weigh 160lbs !! Sort out your diet and stay away from steroids !

Bearded_muscle's picture

Ever try drinking a gallon of milk a day on top of your other meals? You need food, not drugs brother. With all due respect.

Sam I Am's picture

It does work. I did this when I started. I would wager where he’s at the milk would put more on him than all that Tren.

Bearded_muscle's picture

No doubt. A bunch of tren would just flatten him out and he’d wonder why he looks smaller than he did before he started. He can put a good 30 pounds on with the right diet.

You don't use Clomid post cycle? Nolvadex does not restart your test production. Your going to get alot of feedback real soon. Before you jump in on next cycle take the time to review all comments below or above.
