this is what im determined to get back to (body fat percentage and muscle definition/seperation) but at the same time preserve as much of the muscle ive gained since then as i can. looking at these pics actually pisses me off yet motivates me at the same time - i really did like the way i looked, especially with my shirt off, BETTER before aas. really i should be sayng before i started only carng about the #s climbng on the scale no matter what and taking in as many calories as i possibly could, dirty bulkng at its finest god dammit

hey thanks guys, appreciate the feedback and the karma ... but growings not my problem, its growing muscle with minimal fat lol. my stomach def doesnt look like that anymore unfortunately due to the dirtiest of bulking, but i'll get back AND keep a majority of the 30 lbs in muscle ive gained since that pic was taken (minus the body fat of course). cutting/dropping weight has never been too hard for me, i was about 140 lbs 5 years ago so have been tall and skinny the majority of my life. if i believed in "hard gainers", id be one but i think that ppl who say that just dont know how to eat cuz i was once one of em
