still working on really developing my bicep peak to it's fullest, been doing a lot more isolation/concentration exercises focusing on the squeeze at the top and feeling the entire extension on the way down. mind/muscle connection took me a solid 2 years to really get good at, and the proof is in the puddin. my arm isnt pressed against my side either, no cheat pics here!
