I had a case of DVT & my endo told me to come off TRT that was only 100mg week. He’s putting me on a clomid (50 mg daily) & 20,000 units of HCG a month. Both are pharma grade but really expensive & insurance don’t cover it for some reason. Gonna do both for 6 months to a year as Endo is going to try to turn my system back on so I don’t need TRT. Hoping for the best but my balls are pretty fried.

Hi,
I personally run 'enclomiphene citrate' (a clomid isomer) @ a dose of 25mg/day for 4 weeks, 12.5mg/day for the following 4 weeks and 6.25mg eod to maintain test levels (find it helps even when in a course).
By removing the zuclomepheine isomer from clomid it eliminates clomids negative effects. I find it an effective and relatively cheap one-stop PCT, year round Test Boosting/ maintaining solution.
I even use it as a bridging solution between courses!
It is not a terribly expensive product for year round use. I have been using it since 2018

N.b: source is important. I am based in UK and only use two vendors who properly dosed and are always reliable re delivery etc.

Love to hear how you get on mate. Just out of interest, how did they know you didn’t need trt after being on it?
Had a case of DVT(blood clot) from it. Even though I was giving blood 4 times a year
That doesn’t sound good. Let us know how you get on man. I take it blood thinners would be the only other option if this fails
Have a slew of doctors now… Come to find out I have a F5 gene(commonly referred to as “Factor V Leiden” that was found after extensive analysis of my blood. People w/ that gene have a 20 fold increase of risk for DVT. DVT can be deadly; I was in the hospital for a week & mind you I was only doing 100mg a week of pharma test. Doctors said they have seen an uptick of cases with popularity of TRT now. I recommend everybody get tested to see if they have that gene.

What kind of health insurance do you have you can get both covered by insurance if you use ur insurance specialty pharmacy I have both covered
I did this and it at least helped me maintain some energy levels and some muscle mass. Sex drive was kinda meh though. DVT is serious and hopefully you get that worked out. Make sure your drinking a gallon of water a day.
Use good Rx for those or at least the clomid.
