+ 8 Post Cycle Physique (weird diet but it worked!)

31 years old
225-230 lbs (depending on water retention)

What's up y'all! Just finished a 12 week cycle at 500mgs a week. I LOVE LOVE test only cycles. I always get the least sides from cycles like these and I always grow as long as I eat a shit load. This cycle I admit that I didn't really eat as much solid food as I wanted BUT times were tough and I would say for at least 50% of my calories through out the cycle my calories came from potatoes and protein shakes. Not even playin lol I would eat 300g of potatoes (in the air fryer) and 2-3 scoops of protein as a "cheap meal replacement". Now, I do not recommend you do this BUT shiiiiiit I felt fucking good! lol I would also add almond butter to the shakes or just eat it on the side for the fats. Again, not the best diet but hey if you are going through hard shit, there is always a way to get the calories in. Oh, for veggies I would mostly eat onions, jalapeños, tomatoes (all sauted in a pan) or green shakes.

Hell yea bro, I was in my early 20s back then lol oh bro i do some heavy ass cycles now if I compete, but to just look good naked 500mgs a week is fkn on point with me. Fkn old ebcs where badass! Good seeing you homie. I’m going to try to log back in more often.
