Happy, happy, happy, is the only way to describe the feeling you get after months of gruelling training and a 16wk ripping diet, then to top it all off 4 days water depletion OMG I must be f@@@@ing mad lol.
I had a slight binge sunday night but strictly back on diet Monday morning to get even harder and more striated for the big one a wk this Saturday, a top 3 placing then will take me to the universe then I can have a shot at the Brazilians and what not.
Big thanks to our new Viking family member OLLIEVW for coming down from Scotland to cheer us on,what a fantastic guy and we will make you into a champion I give you my word 
BIG thanks to the SRCs mentioned for fantastic quality gear,not a single problem with any of the multitude of compounds we have used throughout the whole preparation period.
Best part was defending my title from last year lets hope I can the attrick next year..... hmmmmmm
